An alert neighbor led to the arrest of a pair of men stealing equipment in the Scotland community.
Sharman Holmes, 38, and Jonathan Miner, 28, both of Madison, were arrested Monday with a trailer full of stolen lawnmowers and other items they intended to sell for scrap metal.
