Daniel and Ann Barlow of Philadelphia are proud to announce the birth of their son, Joseph Vance Barlow, on October 22, 2010 at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
Joseph weighed eight pounds, nine ounces.
Mrs. Ann Barlow is the former Ann Havens of Yazoo City.
Maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Danny Havens of Yazoo City.
Paternal grandparents are Ms. Darlene Barlow and the late David Barlow of Crystal Springs.
Also welcoming the arrival are great grandparents Ms. Marjorie Weber of Yazoo City and the late Armeen Weber Jr.
