Josie Harris was on the back of her father’s motorcycle when she saw the car make its way in front of them.
That was the last thing she remembers of that tragic day.
David Harris was killed in the accident that left his young daughter Josie fighting with every ounce of her spirit to survive.
Her story could have ended that day, but it didn’t. Instead it was the beginning of a journey that has already inspired many others.
Josie is fighting hard to recover, but she also has a greater purpose. She intends to tell everyone about the power of prayer, the bonds of a unified community and the mercy of God.
“She has an awesome testimony,” said Lydia Harris, Josie’s mother. “She will definitely use her story to tell people about Jesus and putting God first.”
Her journey begins on April 6.
